Japanese Kami-nabe

The meaning of 'kami' in Japanese means paper while 'nabe' means pot. If translate 'kami-nabe', to English the meaning will be 'paper-pot'.

The food will be put in the special-made paper. The flame will be put on to maintain the temperature of the food. Normally, we fill soup inside the paper pot. The paper will not burned easily because this paper is meant for cooking. The paper has a thin lining of oily material that will prevent burns.
