Sparta® Spectrum® Cutting Board Brushes

 

Spectrum® represents an innovative concept for HACCP (hazard analysis critical control points) Programs and FDA guidelines on foodservice hygiene and product safety. The Spectrum line of cleaning brushes helps reduce the risk of cross contamination and ensures proper sanitation. Spectrum brushes are color coded so that employees can segregate brushes by task or work zone. Available in six colors to help facilitate HACCP zone identification: • Blue – seafood • Green – produce • Red – raw meats • Tan – cooked meat • White – dairy • Yellow – poultry

Segregating brushes and cutting boards helps to prevent cross-contamination at the source of food preparation. Ergonomically shaped handles and crimped stapleset polyester bristles are rugged and will not absorb food oils or moisture. Perfect for cleaning cutting boards, counter tops, and other flat kitchen surfaces.

Polypropylene Block Kitchen Brushes

 

Brushes offer a thick “pistol grip” block handle and short, stiff bristles for really tough cleaning. Lightweight, break resistant, “soak-proof” plastic handles are perfect for clean up in a foodservice environment. Rugged construction with stapleset secure bristles.

• Colors: 40546 in White(02); 40542, 40545, 40500designated by (00); 40541, 40501 available in Orange(24), Blue(14), Brown(01), Black(03), Green(09), Red(05), White(02), and Yellow(04).

Ergonomic Hand Scrubs

 

Ergonomic handles are designed for easy, no stress use. Grips and bristles are designed to work in the most comfortable position and provide the most efficient cleaning. Sturdy Polypropylene handles with overmolded TPR Rubber are more sanitary and offer a sure grip even when wet. Crimped bristles hold on to cleaning solutions. Polypropylene bristles with 2" trim.

Clean-Up Brushes

 

Non-porous plastic blocks are economical and sanitary. Plastic blocks will not splinter, crack, or absorb oils and water. Choose natural or non‑absorbent Yellow Polypropylene bristles.

45463 and 45493 Wok/Gong Brushes clean woks and Japanese electric griddles. 45463,45493 have hardwood block design with Palymra bristles. 36219208 offers economical cleaning with Tampico bristles.

Steri-Pail® & Suds-Pail® (Round)

 

Carlisle’s Steri-Pail® and Suds-Pail® help reduce the risk of cross-contamination and can be an important part of a successful HACCP program. Use Red Steri-Pails for sanitizing solutions; Green for cleaning solutions. Instructions for mixing and using sanitizing solution printed on sides of pail in both English and Spanish. Meets board of health & HACCP guidelines for dedicated containers. Made of sturdy, dishwasher safe plastic.
